Visualization and Meditations
Meditation can be a very important tool that can be used within any path that a personmay choose in regards to spirituality. In other words, it transcends religion.
There are many different ways to meditate. Some people meditate with the goal of quieting the mind and reaching a point of stillness as a means to become one with the divine. Othersprefer a more visual meditation in which they journy to another realm for a purpose. Visual meditations are generally used in Pagan or Wiccan ceremonies as a means to accomplish a goal. This goalmay be to manifest something into their lives by molding it, visualizing overcoming an obstacle, or even findinga sacred place of power that you can always go to when in need.
The meditations on these pages are either written by someone in Yarrow Coven or have beenadapted to meditations that are common throughout the community. They are free for your use as youplease, however, please do not post these on other websites or handouts unless otherwise given permission by the webgoddes@yarrowcoven.org. Thank you!
